New Delhi: The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is going to pronounce the judgment on former Indian Navy officer Kulbhushan Jadhav. The panel of 11 judges in the ICJ will pronounce the judgment at 6.30 pm in Indian time. Jadeja was sentenced to death by the military court for spreading espionage and terrorism for India in Pakistan. Against this decision of Pakistan’s court, India had turned to ICJ. Harish Salve, India’s veteran lawyer, gave the support of Kuldeep Jadhav in the ICJ.
